HOW FAST IS SHIPPING?

  • Please allow 2-7 business days for your order to be shipped! You should receive an email with your confirmation number and once shipped you will receive a tracking number to which you can track your package through the USPS, DHL or UPS link.

DO YOU DO RETURNS?

  • As we are still a small business we have a no return policy. If you have questions or concerns about your purchase you may direct message our instagram @LOLITAJADEUSA. OR email us at sales@lolitajade.com for a quicker reply.

WHEN WILL YOU RESTOCK?

  • I will be restocking and releasing new products every few weeks but as I am a small business still learning, follow the instagram @LOLITAJADEUSA for updates and I will be sure to update everyone asap!

WHERE ARE YOU BASED?

  • All products are made and shipped from Los Angeles, California.

WHAT IF I WANT TO CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

  • Once an order is submitted online, it cannot be changed or cancelled. As orders are placed online they are then packed and shipped, once the tracking email has been sent a cancellation or change is not possible. Should you no longer want your purchase after placing the order you may email or direct message us on instagram @LOLITAJADEUSA within the same day of your purchase and we can try to take care of that for you.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

  • Yes! We ship globally worldwide. We assure you that your package should arrive but it may take a few weeks due to the current COVID-19 delays. We provide DHL shipping that is 1-3 day shipping but it is more costly. 

WHERE CAN I BUY LOLITA JADE? 

  • Lolita Jade is sold at lolitajade.com. We also sell our products exclusively to Urban Outfitters UK and Selfridges UK. We do not sell on Depop or any other clothing and accessory services. 

WHAT IF THE ITEM I RECEIVED IS DAMAGED OR FAULTY?

  • We strive to ensure all items sold are of the highest standard and quality. However, if you have a concern with a faulty or damaged item, please contact us through dm or by email sales@lolitajade.com

WHAT CURRENCY DO YOU CHARGE?

  • All of our products are priced in US Dollars (USD).
